"Yes, if aliens are so far ahead of us, let them come." she agreed.
"Ooo, Kate Winslet? I wish I had eyes like her's." she said, "That'd get me somewhere."
"You're very welcome." she replied, smirking to herself.
She wrote a few random things in her notebook--it had to look like she was paying some kind of attention.

"Yep," Caroline said with a nod. "If we ever need any help we could always call Will Smith and Jeff Goldbloom...then we'd be golden."
Caroline raised her brow at the girl. "I wouldn't be envying Kate Winslet's eyes if I were you. If anything it should be the other way around..." It was out of her mouth before she could really think about it...that...wasn't good. Joanne...Joanne...I have a girlfriend. Kinda...maybe. I don't know! She forced herself to smile and then looked down at her notebook as well. Doodles covered the page...Caroline was never a big fan of math.

"Definately." she agreed with a quick nod.
"Really now?" she questioned, looking back over at her with a smirk.
She leaned back in her seat, noticing the faint worry that came through Caroline's smile. She almost seemed nervous. Was she making her uncomfortable?
(personally, i'm loving this)

Sighing loudly, Eric shut his book. This was a waste of time. He'd done this class twice before, and he had no better idea of what was going on now than he did the first time around. Frustrated, Eric decided to leave. He couldn't take much more of this. Between the math and the lesbians, he just had to get out.
Eric turned to Lilia, "I need to get out of here. You want to go somewhere?"

Caroline thought for a moment. It wasn't like she really committed to Joanne. They didn't get down on knees and exchange rings. Hey, they hadn't even exchanged saliva as of yet. they came from such different worlds...but she didn't want to hurt her... She looked at Brittani and smiled. She was nice, pretty, and well a little bit more than pretty. What was wrong with flirtting anyway? Just don't do anything drasctic. "Yep," Caroline said with a deep breath and a new found sense of confidence. She would at least enjoy herself. "It's one of the first things I noticed about you. Great eyes." [yep ]

"Go somewhere?" Lilia asked, raising an eyebrow. "You do realize that we'd be cutting class, don't you?" She smiled. It sounded like a lot of fun... provided they managed to pull it off without getting caught. "Where would we go, anyway?"

"Well," he said, grinning wickedly at her, "I'm feeling kind of sick. I think I need to go to the nurses office." He winked, gathering his things and standing. "Meet me in the hallway," he whispered. Walking up to the teacher, he asked her if he could go to the nurse's office. She nodded, and he hurried out of the room, tossing a smirk at Lilia.

"First thing?" she asked, smiling at her, "Why thank you."
Brittani tried to hide a blush by letting her bangs fall...but she pretty sure that failed. Oh well, she didn't really care.
"First thing I noticed..." she started, "Your smile and your nail polish."

Lilia decided that she should wait a moment before asking permission to leave. Once Eric had been gone for a minute, she took a deep breath and gathered her books before walking up to the teacher's desk and asking permission to go to the nurse's office. She managed to fake a pretty convincing cough, and the teacher agreed that she should go. She hurried out of the room, smiling to herself.

"You're very welcome," Caroline said with a deep smile. It was the truth afterall. And it also gave her an excuse to stare at Brittani's eyes without worrying about what she was doing. She was just...making sure that her first thought was accurate...and she was pretty sure that it was.
"My nail..." Caroline looked down at them giggling. "Oh yeah the blue. I just love painting them bright colors. Why have them if they aren't gonna be noticed, you know? And my little brother likes the color. He always smiles when he sees them...so really they're my favorite..." She smiled and then bit her lip realizing that Brittani liked the way she smiled.

"I like it." she said.
A lot.
"Aw, you have a little brother?" she partially squealed, "I wish I had a little brother...or sister. A sibling. I love kids."
She watched as Caroline bit her lip, She's kind of...cute. she thought.

"Thanks...and yeah," Caroline's face lit up. There was no better topic to discuss than her brother in Caroline's mind. And the fact that Brittani liked kids...that was awesome. "His name is Jonas. And he's two. I love him to pieces...he's just...so adorable and so happy all of time. He loves the color blue and anything that has to do with dragonflies. I can't wait...one day I swear, he's gonna bring me bugs...and then it'll stop being cute."
She giggled and then remembered what happened that morning. "He was sick this morning. But hopefully my mom is taking good character." Caroline scracthed the back of her neck absently.

"Dragonflies, huh?" she questioned, "Gotta agree with you there."
She wasn't sure if she was prying too much or not...but she felt like she had to ask, "Hopefully...?"
Caroline didn't seem as happy when her mom came into the conversation. She hoped the reason wasn't too bad. She hoped her mom wasn't like her dad.

"Yeah they're cute on clothes and all. But the real life ones kinda freak me out. Big bulbly eyes and all the little feet and hair," Caroline described her nose getting more and more wrinkly as she explained it more. "Yeah I don't like them much. But hey...if he likes them...you're supposed to support them right. He supports my art so I should support his stuff." She grinned remembering when he watched her sketch one of his toys. The two year old sat perfectly still amazed at how his sister could transfer is toy to paper.
Caroline frowned. She always tried to keep her mother out of things. So much for that. "Yeah, she's kinda...distinterested sometimes," She replied leaving it at that.

She shivered, "Me too. Bugs in general, really."
She sighed, "My dad too...to say the least."
The least was right. He was much much more than "disinterested". However, if Caroline wasn't going to go into detail, neither was she.
"You mentioned 'your art'...What do you do?" she asked, trying to change the subject.
