Lilly couldn't concentrate, and it was only her first class. Her mind would be on other things all day and she knew it. She absentmindedly added a stripe of blue paint to an apple in the corner of her painting. Upon noticing it, she leaned her head back to the ceiling as if to ask it 'Why? why did you do this to me?' She pulled out a tube of the pink paint, hoping silently that her table partner wasn't using it. That never ended well.

After an hour and a half of painting the same detail over and over until it was absolutely perfect, Lilly was ready to leave. It didn't even register with her that her favorite class was next- Math. She would just go where her feet would take her; they knew her schedule. Her mind was on other things.
