Dwayne glanced through the window to see that no one had even arrived yet. Well, that was good. He hated being late. He decided to lean against the wall as he waited. He was generally a patient person and besides, he was playing with the idea of sneaking to Lilly's house after the meeting, just to say goodnight to her.

Cathrine walked into the meeting with a confiedient stride. Her coustume was perfect, she would be able to prove that gays were just whiny freaks...and right in front of Dwayne she realized and that thought made her want to smirk. But she hid it...that could ruin her disguise.

Dwayne heard footsteps and glanced toward them. His eyes widened, wishing that he had glasses. At least in that case, he could just blame this sight on them fogging up. But no. That was definitely Cathrine in the worst disguise he ever had the misfortune to see. So much for Cathrine not showing up yet. "Cathrine?!"

"Who?" Cathrine asked, making her voice go a little higher so Dwayne wouldn't be suspicious that her voice sounded like..well, her, "I'm sorry..I think you're confusing me with someone else...I'm..." Hmm...who was she? She looked around the room, hoping to find something to get an idea. "Apple," she said as soon as she an apple.....and her last name? Hmm..., "Birchwood," she said, as soon as she saw one of the desk legs said "birchwood" on them, "Apple Birchwood, nice to meet ya."

Dwayne narrowed his eyes. "Cathrine, shut up and stop trying to make me think I'm going crazy. I know it's you. Only you would be so cowardly as to wear something this ridiculous just because you don't want anyone to know that you, God forbid, went to a GSA meeting. No one is stupid enough to buy this!"

If Cathrine wasn't in disguise, she would've glared. "Listen you," she said, "I don't know this Cathrine person you're talking about, but, I do know if she were here she'd glare at you for saying she's a coward and she wouldn't come 'cause all gays are whiny...which I wouldn't say 'cause........" She tried to think of a reason..then, she grined in realization..she was girl...wearing guy's clothing.."I'm a lesbian, just look at me!" she said with a smile. Oh, ya, she got him now. "Would Cathrine wear this freaky outfit that only a lesbian who doesn't like being a girl would obviously wear?"

Dwayne glared. Oh, she was really getting him pissed. Then realization dawned on him and he smirked. "Oh really? I thought you said you didn't know who Cathrine was?" He crossed his arms. Now he had her. "So how would you know how she dressed?"

"What kinda normal girl would dress like this?" she said pointing to her outfit, "Now...I'm just here trying to show my support for freaky gay people, because that's what I am...so, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go sit down over there and enjoy this meeting," she said, and went to sit down in a spot opposite to where Dwayne was.

Dwayne sighed a bit, rolling his eyes a bit. "Well fine. But if you do see Cathrine, let her know that no gay person would call themselves freaky, you idiot!" he riposted as he walked in. This was going to be a long meeting.

Maureen walked into the GSA meeting to see a girl in a..not so very nice outfit.
"Well," said the girl, "I'm freaky and I know it...why hide it."
Maureen pouted. Looked like someone had self-esteem issues. "Hi," she said, "I'm Maureen Johnson..you must be new here."
"Yes," said the girl, "my name is Apple Birchwood."
"Your mom named you Apple?" she said in a bit of confusion
"My mom is very into fruit," the girl said.
"Oh," said Maureen, that made a little more sense.

Dwayne groaned, palmfacing himself as he took a seat. And here he thought no one would be stupid enough to fall for that. As much as he thought Maureen was cool, this is upsetting. God, why me? he thought miserably. Why did he even tell Cathrine to come? He knew it was going to go to hell in a handbasket.

"Hey, Dwayne," said Maureen as she noticed he looked kinda annoyed, "What's up with you."
"I don't know," said Cathrine, "He thinks I'm someone named Cathrine...I don't know what's up with that crazy man."
"That's silly," said Maureen with a giggle, "Cathrine would NEVER wear something like that." She then studied the girl for a moment, "Though you KINDA look like her...are you guys releted?"
"No," said Cathrine, taking a seat, looking a bit nervous as Maureen was looking at her almost suspiscously, "So, what do we do at these GSA meetings?"

Dwayne took a deep breath as he sat up. All right. She wanted to play games? He could play right along. Besides, if he found something pink, he could probably distract her long enough to show that it was Cathrine. He'd never understand the fascination.
"Basically plan events that promote tolerance for the gay community" he responded casually. She was going to crack sooner or later, he knew it. "Discussions on how homophobia hurts people...pretty basic."

"Ok," said Cathrine, "How homophobness hurts people..works for me...but, maybe Maureen should take the stage, I don't really have lots to say on this."
"You don't?" said Maureen in surprise, "But, there's examples on how homophobicness hurts people every day! Once I saw a kid get beat up just because he was gay! It was real bad"
"Really?" said Cathrine, truly a bit shocked. Gee, they were freaks and all and diserved to be insulted....but, damn........

Dwayne sighed a bit. Oh what the hell? Might as well play along. It was his fault that Cathrine came in the first place. "Yeah, you didn't know, Apple" he responded, sending a knowing glance toward her. "They get beaten, harassed...and a lot of them get kicked out of their homes because of it." Might as well instill some reality into that empty head of hers.
