"Oh well...that's good then..." Caroline said blushing a bit when she saw the look on Joanne's face. Not everyone appreciated Caroline's...enthusiasm. "Sorry...I should have been a bit quieter. Kinda have a big mouth I know." She finished up her soup and started to make herself a sandwich.
"Oh do you?" Caroline asked. "Do you have a...condition or something?" She asked hoping that she didn't...for her sake. "But yeah...that was awesome. I'd love the reciepe. I'd have to make it on the weekend though...or maybe I could break it up or something," She replied trying to work it out in her head.

"No it's ok, I was just surprised it all, you don't have a big mouth." She scolded lightly. When Caroline finished off her soup, Joanne smiled the soup went over well. "There's more soup if you want it." She told her. When Caroline asked her if she had a condition, she fought back a smile.
"Sorta. It's not really a condition, my system just can't handle to much sodium or it rebels on me, and that's not good." She shook her head. "I can bring you the recipe tomorrow if you like." Joanne said with a grin.

Caroline nodded and smiled gently. "Thanks, Joanne. And I don't know...people would disagree with you. My mom mostly," She said rolling her eyes. Then she bit her lip. "Would you mind if I had more? I forgot breakfast this morning too. I don't wanna over warm my welcome..."
"Oh," Caroline whispered. "Well I'll make sure to watch the sodium if I ever return the favor." She said pointing to all of the food on that table. "That would be great, Joanne. Thanks." She smiled deeply.

"I made enough food to feed three growing boys, I've got plenty." She said warmly. She pushed another bowl of soup towards her. "I have a few friends who are real good eaters." She grinned and made herself another half a sandwich.
"You know another good sandwich? Buy Cuban or French bread, and put Cucumber with a little salt pepper and ranch dressing, and that's so good." she laughed. "That was all I had in the house one day, so I made what I could and it turned out so good!"

Caroline giggled and took some more soup for herself. "Thanks. And I guess that is a good thing. You have plenty of left overs for those days you don't want to make a meal...this is...really good I must repeat myself," She replied as she slurpped the soup.
"Realy?" Caroline raised her brow. "Is that a cucumber sandwich? I heard of them but I never knew what they were...I wouldn't think that a cucumber in any sandwich would be good...but if you say so. I think ranch dressing is good with anything so I'm willing to try it."

"No, Cucumber sandwiches are something else." Joanne told her. "You get those a lot at Country Clubs or really fancy parties." She shook her head. "I've had em before, not as good." Joanne said with a shrug.
"I do say there good." Joanne said with a laugh. "The cucumber really just gives it a bit. If you put Ranch, Salt and Pepper on it, it becomes SO good." Joanne said smiling.

"Yeah...ok that makes sense," Caroline said with a nod. "I heard them mentioned in an old play. From like the 1800's or something. So that makes sense. And I'm with you. I doubt that they could be any good." Caroline giggled at Joanne's reaction. "Is that your favorite sandwich? It sounds like."
She finished up her soup and then went for the egg salad she had set aside. "This is good too. I always put too much mayo in it and then it kinda becomes...mushy soup. Which is kinda frightening."

"Nah, my favorite sandwich is a really well done Cuban." She smiled. "Those are fantastic if done just right." When Caroline said her egg salad was good, her smile widened. When she then proceeded to tell her she put to much mayo in and it because mushy, she crinkled her nose.
"Ew." She looked at her apologetically. "Sorry, it's just to much mayo is sorta gross. I make it simply with very little mayo, as mayo goes bad quickly."

"Cuban?" Caroline asked feeling a little...sanwich ignorant. "Does that one involve French dressing? Wait...french dressing is the orange stuff? Sorry...I don't know much about cooking beyond...box mac and cheese with popcorn chicken," She admitted. Speed was always the goal.
"Oh I'm with you on the ew factor," Caroline said with a nod. "Don't you worry about that."

"No," Joanne giggled. "That's a Ruben. A Cuban has pork, beef, swiss cheese, a pickle and Mustard on pressed bread. It's really good. There's a great place in the mall that has them. Maybe we could go sometime." She said with a warm smile.
"Ah good. I'm not the only one who doesn't like Mayo in globs. I don't really like Mayo that much as it is, just a little bit of it."

"Oh ok," Caroline nodded. Then she smiled deeply. So this was going to continue beyond the cafeteria and the dance. She couldn't help but feel great about it. Although Caroline was confident when it came to girls, she had never really had a proper date before. She was an ace at flirting though. Maybe that's why Brittani happened...she was reverting back to her old ways. But this...she liked this much better. "I would love to go to the mall. I love window shopping...that's one of the few times I really am girly."
"Exactly. A little Mayo goes a long way," Caroline finished up her sandwich and burped quietly. "Oops...sorry bout that..." She laughed knowing that probably wasn't too attractive.

Joanne giggled. "Window shopping huh?" She grinned. "I dislike shopping for the most part, but window shopping seems fun." She grinned before shaking her head. When Caroline agreed with her about the Mayo she nodded.
"Glad to know I'm not the only one with Mayo problems." She laughed. When Caroline burped Joanne had to hid another laugh. "That was a good one." She commented.

"Window shopping is fun," Caroline said with a nod. "You get to try on everything in the store and the sales ladies get to glare at you when you don't buy any of them. And then you get to try all of the make up samples and not pay for it. Yep, it's fun," She giggled to herself. Although she wasn't exactly rolling in the dough, Caroline always found a way to make things work for her.
Caroline laughed loudly and nodded. "Thanks. I...I thought you were gonna...I don't know. Not like my use of bodily functions."

Joanne laughed at Caroline's examples of window shopping. "That sounds more like harassing people." She smiled before shaking her head. "Sounds fun. I don't get out all that often, so I could indisputably use some window shopping." She grinned warmly before pouring herself some coke and wiping her mouth. She was debating on having a bit more soup or another sandwich.
"Ah no." She laughed when Caroline was surprised. "I'm not that stiff." She shook her head. "As long as your not burping with every step you take, it's something that's gonna happen."

Caroline giggled and nodded to herself. "Yeah...well it's that too. But if you put a smile on your face and then it's all ok. At least it usually is," She smiled to herself knowing that everything didn't always work out. "Why don't you get out? Homebody?" Caroline asked Joanne with a raised brow. If Caroline didn't get out on a regular basis, she would go mad.
"I dont know how to burp the alphabet," Caroline told her. "No worries."
