Roger smiled and sat down next to her. "Very cozy, isn't it?" He said with a little sarcasm. "Oh I can take my soda now," He mentioned to her. He put the popcorn in his lap so it wouldn't fall.

April rolled her eyes good naturedly. Roger knew how to be funny when he came out of his shell. She was rather proud of herself to bring that part of him out. "Oh yeah" she agreed, handing him his soda. "And yes, it's oh so cozy" she added sarcastically, smirking lightly.

He laughed at her comment. He never knew he could act like this, he thought that no one could bring out this side of him but things were different now. He liked it actually. "Thanks," He said while grabbing his soda and put it in his cup holder next to him. "Want some popcorn?" He offered grabbing some and putting it in his mouth.

She couldn't contain a grin as he laughed. Music to my ears crossed her mind. Laughter from Roger Davis wasn't a common thing and she was practically jumping at the fact that it was happening constantly around her. "Sure, thanks" she responded, taking a bit of the popcorn. She sighed softly and leaned back in her seat.

He grabbed some more popcorn and put it in his mouth. He looked at her and smiled. He hadn't expected any of this to happen especially when the day started off as a normal day. She brought out a side of him that he had hidden and so far only Mark could get him out of his "shell."

April couldn't help but be glad that she had Roger there. She definitely preferred a few glances toward him every couple of seconds over watching the previews. They just didn't interest her, and there were too many of them. Did they really need to last a full thirty minutes? Roger was definitely much nicer to look at and gave her more of a reason to smile.

He caught the glances she was giving him. He smiled, "Is there something weird on my face that I should know about?" He gave a slight laugh. At least he could joke around with her there and wasn't his shy self, for now at least.

April chuckled lightly. "Nope, not at all. I just find you a hell of a lot more interesting than the previews." She winked a bit before kissing him on the cheek. "Definitely a lot more interesting."

"That's good to know. Wouldn't want to be less interesting than a bunch of previews." He took a sip of his soda and turned to her. "So how is your classes?" He asked.

"Exactly. And they're doing fine. I'm starting to get a bit bored though..." she admitted, placing another bit of popcorn in her mouth. "I want to be able to use my knowledge practically, not just for grades. I practically fall asleep in Math now, even though I love the subject."

"Oh I see, well next year you should take Advanced classes. I'm sure it wouldn't bore you as much and you would learn much more," He said. "I know you could do anything that you put your mind to, your a hard worker and very committed." He smiled at her.

April bit her lip as she smiled. "Thanks, I appreciate the compliment. Plus you're probably right. I'll probably wind up taking the advanced classes. Maybe then when it's a nice day out, I won't spend the entire time looking out the window."

"No problem," He paused, "You're lucky, I hardly ever get to look outside because if not, I'll be so lost in class. I usually sleep though." He laughed. The movie was about to start so he looked back at the screen.

April rolled her eyes good naturedly. She had heard that sort of comment just about everyday in her school career since she was in the third grade. She just caught on to things easily, but people tended to not get it so quickly, so the indepth lectures were useless for her. Hence why she tended to stare out the window when she could. She shifted in her seat to be more comfortable as the movie began.

He grabbed more popcorn and put them in his mouth. He laughed when he saw one of the movie previews, it was a classic movie but remade. He looked at her and smiled again. Then he looked back at the screen. He shot a quick glance at his watch and he knew he had a lot of time before his mom came home.
